IMPORTANT MESSAGE: TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY, SANITATION, AND AVOID THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, ALL TRANSACTIONS DURING MEAL SERVICES WILL BE CASHLESS. PLEASE PRE-PAY MEALS AND SNACKS USING OUR ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM.
The Los Alamitos Unified School District Food Services Department is implementing a new payment system called TITAN for making online payments for your students’ meals. The K12paymentcenter system will no longer be used as of June 26, 2021 which means you will be unable to make payments using your old account.
Please note: All balances and PIN#s follow your students from school site to school site.
TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY, SANITATION, AND AVOID THE SPREAD OF COVID-19, ALL TRANSACTIONS DURING MEAL SERVICES WILL BE CASHLESS.
Take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
Three (3) options for pre-payment:
I. Make Meal Payments Online - PLEASE READ THE NOTE. THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE FEES FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL OPTIONS.
We are pleased to offer the convenience of accessing your child's meal account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Using this secure website family.titank12.com you will have the ability to pay for meals with a credit card, monitor your child's account, check meal histories, check and move balances between siblings account.
II. Checks - We will gladly accept your check made out to Los Alamitos Unified Cafeteria, for meal purchases and pre-payments on accounts. Please be sure to include your Driver's License #, Full Name, Address and Phone #, Child's First & Last Name and student PIN# on your check.
Returned Checks: if your check is returned, it will be electronically debited from the student meal account for the face amount plus a $10.00 returned check fee.
III. Cash - is always accepted. If you are paying by cash, please place it in a sealed envelope marked "Lunch Money" and be sure to put your Child's First & Last name and Student ID # with your payment to insure proper credit. Drop off the labelled and sealed envelop in the designated DROP BOX for Food Service at the main office of your child's school.
