For the 2021-2022 school year families that were on the free and reduced-price meal program for the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 school do not need to fill out a new meal application. If you want to verify your status you can call 740-657-4053 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only current families that believe they may now qualify or new families to the district that believe they may qualify should submit an application. Qualifying for the free and reduced-price meal program allow families to receive an instructional fee waiver and qualify for the P-EBT program. Olentangy Schools Food Service Department is pleased to offer parents/guardians the option of applying for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online.The process is SAFE, SECURE, PRIVATE, and AVAILABLE anytime, anywhere!
- Visit www.lunchapplication
- Click on "apply now"
- Select your state (Ohio) and then your School District (Olentangy Local), Click "continue"
- Follow the easy to use, step-by-step screens to enter student and household information
- Click "apply" to submit your application for meal benefits!
If you do not want to fill out the application online you can fill out the paper "Free and Reduced-Price School Meals Application Form." The forms can be obtained and returned (completed) to any school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with breakfast/lunch or money.
Only complete one application per family. Factors considered in the application process are household size and total household income. HOUSEHOLD SIZE is considered all persons, related or unrelated: Including parents, children, grandparents who live in your home and share living expenses. The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the income each household member received last month before taxes - this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.
