Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

In our continuous effort to serve both you and your child, the Child Nutrition Department offers several options for depositing money in your child's account.
  1. Use EZ Pay to pre-load your child's account. 
  2. Send cash with your child

    How do I use EZPay?

    • Click on the EZPAY link above.  You will need to set up a user profile including your child’s student ID number and their last name. 

    • Complete the meal account payment process using one of the following major credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. 

    • Print out your payment statement. 

    • The payment will be reflected on your child’s meal account within 48 hours (on school days) of entry into the credit card system. 

    • This is a secure private website. You may also check your child’s balance online by visiting the EZPAY’s website.


Refund or Movement of Funds

If your student is no longer in the district or will no longer be using the remaining balance on their meal account, you can request a refund or a movement of funds from one student's account to another by completing the Refund or Movement of Funds form. Please return the completed form to the Child Nutrition Office for processing.

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.

If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.
