Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

Dear Parents:

Victor Central School District’s Food Service Department is happy to provide parents a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child’s school meal account at any time.  This service also provides parents the ability to view your child’s account balance through a web site called  By having money in each child’s account prior to entering the cafeteria, we find the lunch lines move along much faster so your child has more time to eat and be with friends.

Also, parents will have the ability to print out a copy of their child’s eating history report.  This history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a breakfast and or lunch within the past ninety days.

To access these services:

  1. Simply go to the district web site at
  2. Click on the myschoolbucks tab on the main page and it will bring you to the site.
  3. From this site you will create your account and add money to your child’s school meal account.  All you need is your child’s name, student ID number and school ZIP code.

Things to know:

Ø       If you have more than one child in the District, you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.

Ø       Payments must be made through a credit/debit card or e-check.

  • Automatic low balance email notifications.  Parents will be able to establish school meal balance amounts so that if your child's account balance falls below the established amount, you will receive an email alerting you to the low balance.  We believe this feature will provide more convenience to you by proactively notifying you of your child's balance status.  The low balance will be set by you for each child which will provide you with the flexibility to set a different balance notification amount per child.
  • Online deposit convenience fee. convenience fee is a flat fee of $2.49.  This convenience fee will apply to deposits of all amounts.  Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $2.49 fee once per deposit transaction.  This fee will be applied to all payment types (credit, debit, e-check, PayPal account).

In order to minimize any increase in the online meal account payment convenience fee, we suggest you consider making larger and less frequent prepayments.  Victor Central School District does not profit from the use of this site.  This fee goes directly to the service provider, not to Victor Schools.

We are very excited to offer these services.  However, if you choose not to take advantage of the online prepayment service, you may continue to make advance payments via cash or check (made payable to the Victor Cafeteria Fund) directly to the district at no charge.  Please write your child’s full name on the check.

If you have any questions about these services, please feel free to contact my office at 585-924-3252 x 6470.

Best Regards,
