Pre-Payment & Refunds

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help meal lines go faster and give students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or that it might get lost, stolen or used for things other than lunch.

Online Payments: My School Bucks

Set up your My School Bucks account in order to add funds through the app or online at any time.  You can add funds to more than one student at different schools. Click on the My School Bucks icon below.

Send Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, and their teacher's name. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
Download and Print Out a pre-formatted #10 Envelope for making Deposits (only elementary schools - MS and HS students can also bring cash but not in the white envelopes)

If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.

Requesting a Refund

When your student has graduated from CVUSD or has moved out of the district, you may request a refund of their meal account balance.  Please complete this form and submit it to the contact information listed at the top of the form.  Payments are made by check after all information is verified and approved by the Child Nutrition office.
