Send Check or Cash:

The majority of students will eat breakfast and lunch in the classroom at the start of this school year.  This means they will not have an opportunity to turn cash or checks in to the cashier in the cafeteria.  A Payment Drop Box has been installed outside of the cafeteria for cash and checks.  Please place your payment in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name and their ID # on the envelope and place the envelope in the payment drop box.  Please make checks payable to "School Name" Food Service.

Download and Print Out a pre-formatted #10 Envelope for making Deposits

Unpaid Meal Charges:

The district expects students and employees to pay for meals prior to or at the time of receipt. The ability to charge meals is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the limitations established in this procedure: Food Service Management (Meal Charges) EF-AP1.
