Five Star Meals

Welcome Back to a New School Year!

Free breakfast and lunch will be provided for all CUSD students regardless of eligibility beginning this 21-22 school year. Please visit your individual sites for breakfast and lunch times.  You are no longer required to fill out the meal application to receive free meals.  We do still encourage our families to apply for our meal program to receive all of the other benefits that come along with eligibility.  Other benefits include things such as P-EBT cards, band instrument usage, tutoring, waived or reduced fees on exams, etc...

Universal free meals for all are set in motion for the 2022-23 school year as well.

*We are making efforts to bring the best quality and most palatable foods that meet the governmental guidelines.  All of our foods are compliant and our menu meets the regulations for a healthy diet as seen by the California Department of Education.  We purchase some locally grown fruits and vegetables and comply with the "Buy American" program.  My commitment is to continue to provide healthier choices and fresh options for our students various tastes.

Please feel free to contact me or my department at (909)398-0609 X 73002.
