Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

There are three ways to prepay student's meal account:

OPTION 1 - Online Payment

Parents can prepay for student lunch accounts online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking on the
Harmony Login button below to connect to the site.  Payment must be entered to the school your child is attending. Example:  Parents with a student in Elementary and High School must log in & make payment to each school separately.  Please be advised that payment may not show up in your student's account for 24-48 hours.  This is a fast, convenient, and secure payment option.

OPTION 2 - Check

You can send a check with your student or bring it in personally to your student's school.  On the check please mark clearly your student's first and last name, and ID# if possible.  Payment for Middle School & High School students can be combined on the same check, with names of students listed.  Payment for elementary students can not be combined with the Middle & High School student, a separate check must be written to the Elementary School. 

Option 3 - Cash

You may also send money in with your student, or bring it in personall to your student's school.  Please mark the envelope with your child's first and last name, along with ID# if possible. 

**Check & Cash payments can be placed in deposit boxes located in all school offices.  A deposit box is also located in the High School cafeteria.  All deposits will be collected by 10:30.  Deposits made after that time may not show up in student's account for the current day.

 All accounts must be prepaid.  Students will not be allowed to pay the cashier during breakfast or lunch service. .

 Students are informed when their account reaches a balance of $5.00 or less, so that they have time to make a deposit before reaching a negative balance. Students with a negative balance will not be allowed to purchase a la carte items. Middle and High School students are able to view their account balance as they come through the line, or they may ask the cashier at any time.  Elementary students are informed of their balance by the cashier.  You may view your student's account balance and daily purchases by logging on to the Harmony website. 

 Negative balance notices will be sent home by e-mail notification.  .  If you would like to check on your student's balance, please call Anje Wooton, 219-474-5167 Ext. 137 .
