Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play.
It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.
Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.
School Lunch balances can be paid online by going to "Pay School Fees Online" (Under Quick Links) on the District Home page or the web page of your student's school. You will need the Student ID# to make and online payment. This can be found next to your student's name in the Parent Access Account. After entering the amount you want to pay, you will be asked to verify the payment is going to a certain school. Please make sure payments are going to the school your student is currently attending.
Online payments will be charged a usage fee by the company. Credit cards payments will be charged 3% plus $0.50, with a minimum or $1.50 and eChecks will be charged $0.50. The usage fee is set by the credit card company. The Millard School District has no control over this charge.
Online payments may take 5-7 days before they will post to your student's school. Please plan accordingly when making your payments.
Send Check or Cash
You can always bring money personally or send it with your student.
Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.
