Parents can now apply ONLINE or print a copy to fill out and turn in when ready. Questions may be directed to the Child Nutrition Program Office at (956)584-6403.
Paper applications are available at each campus, at the Child Nutrition Program Office or may be downloaded from our website. Applications can be turned in to school cafeteria manager or to the Sharyland ISD Child Nutrition Program Office.
NOTE: Applications received before July 1, 2021 or
have the 2020-2021 date will not be processed.

Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who believe they may qualify. If your family chooses to apply please complete a "Free and Reduced Meal Price Application Form." The forms can be obtained and returned (completed) to any school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
