 Lindsay Unified Schools Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to a learners health and well being, and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy meals,  healthy foods sold, and promoting healthy eating habits, for lifelong nutrition.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at  our schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide learners with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of learners.

It is the vision of this department to help enocourage all staff, learners, and parents to be aware of the critical connection between good nutrition and learning.

Be sure to always remember about the connection between breakfast and academic performance.

Breakfast is always available each school day to enrolled learners at no charge. Make sure to start your day the breakfast way.
