Menu Planning

Our menus are thoroughly checked for compliance to the strictest nutritional requirements. All menu items must meet rigorous standards for low sodium, low fat, 100% whole grain rich, and Zero trans-fat. In addition, total calorie counts must fall within proper nutritional parameters. Menus are planned around fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products. We continuously look for recipes and foods that our kids will enjoy and have time to eat. The special needs of children with food allergies and sometimes other health issues are part of the equation. We value the partnership with our families.
