Meal Applications2019-20 Multipurpose Family Income Form are available to all families. If your family chooses to apply please complete a "2019-20 Multipurpose Family Income Form." The forms can be obtained and returned (completed) to any school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money. All meals offered at no charge for all students who qualify for free and reduced status.
