Meal Applications

Free and Reduced Meal Applications are available to families who believe that they may qualify. If your family chooses to apply, please return the completed form to the school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money.

PLEASE NOTE: Participation in the free or reduced-price meal program allows students to received one complete breakfast and lunch each day for free or at a reduced-price. All A La Carte items, including but not limited to, additional milks or juices, and Robek's smoothies, are NOT included in this program. Students must have money in their account or cash to purchase A La Carte items.

Only complete one application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced-priced meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.

Factors considered in the application process are household size and total household income. HOUSEHOLD SIZE is considered all persons, related or unrelated: Including parents, children, grandparents who live in your home and share living expenses. The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the GROSS income each household member received last month before taxes - this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.

Free/Reduced Meal Applications for the 2018-19 school year will be available to complete and submit automatically on-line ON OR AFTER July 19, 2018. On or after July 19, 2018, please select the link below to get started.
