Meal Applications

The National School Lunch Program is a federally funded program that assists schools in  providing nutritious lunches to children at reasonable prices. The National School Lunch  Program provides a nutritious meal that contains one-third of the recommended dietary  allowance of necessary nutrients. The Food & Nutrition Department carefully plans all menus in  accordance with the USDA standards. Students with food allergies or dietary restrictions, will  need a medical statement from a licensed physician before any changes are made to  accommodate their dietary concerns.

Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) as part of this provision, all students attending a CEP school will receive both a breakfast and lunch at NO Charge! 


 Meal/Textbook Applications are Available Online Only complete one application per household.


1. Households with a student attending a NON CEP school: Adams High, Clay  High, Riley High, or LaSalle Academy, please Click Here to complete an  application for free or reduced-priced meals and textbooks.


2. Households with students attending a CEP school (NO students attending  the 4 schools listed above), Click Here to complete a textbook and other  benefit application.


***Households with students attending both a CEP school & a NON-CEP school should follow the instruction under #1 above.
