PrePayment

Pre-Payment Options

We have a new School Meal Charge Policy limiting meal charges.  Once the meal balance reaches the limit parents will be expected to provide a lunch from home until the lunch balance has been paid in full.  We are happy to work with you,  please contact the Food Service Office to make payment arrangements at 367-2447.   See Below.

Thank You for Supporting Your School Nutrition Program!!!

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and give students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

Please pay in advance to avoid costly billing! We encourage you to prepay your student's lunch account.

Checks or Online Payments Please...Help us to go Cashless! Children often lose cash and loose change therefore daily cash payments are discouraged.  Checks or online credit card payments provide easier tracking than cash in the event of misplaced payment. Please write separate checks for each child or list the break down of how much goes into each child's account on the memo line of your single check.

Please place the check in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.

Note: Returned Checks will be sent to Recovery Systems for collection.

If you choose to bring lunch prepayment deposits to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.

You may also print out a pre-formatted deposit envelope below.

Online Payments

Online Payments: RevTrak

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

UNPAID STUDENT MEAL DEBT

The district expects that parents take financial responsibility for their student’s meals and has adopted these procedures for collection of payment which include but are not limited to:

  1. Payment is expected in advance of the students eating each day and parents are expected to maintain a positive meal balance throughout the year.
  2. Payment can be made online at sub1.org – Students/Parents – under Pay For Stuff, in any school office, at any school meal service line in the cafeteria or through their classroom teacher.
  3. It is the parent’s responsibility to notify the Food Service office of any adverse circumstance that may arise preventing timely payment so we can work together to establish a payment plan or apply for meal benefits.
  4. Families may apply or reapply for free or reduced meal benefits at any time during the school year.
  5. Students qualifying for free or reduced price meals will not be denied a meal even if they don't have money in their account.
  6. Balances below zero will be communicated daily to parents, through texts, phone calls and emails and a payment plan is to be established.
  7. Alternate meals will not be provided for students who are charging.
  8. Principals will be notified and become involved in the payment process prior to a student not being allowed to eat. Once student meal accounts exceed the meal charge limit of $25.00, parents will be notified they need to send daily cash or a packed lunch from home until payment can be made in full.  Payment arrangements need to be established with the Food Service office for these students to continue eating school meals outside of payment in full.
  9. If the child continues to arrive at the school without a packed lunch, or funds to purchase meals, the case will be considered for referral to the Department of Family Services.
  10. The school district will pursue delinquent accounts through a collection agency at the end of the year or when a family moves from the district.
