Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts.  New online payment option now available through mySchoolBucks.com which can be accessed from the link on this or the home page.

 

Student Accounts and Payment Methods (Elementary):

When enrolled in the district all students are given a lunch account which is accessed by the student telling the cashier their teacher’s name and their name. Student ID pictures in the Nutrition Services software computer are a 3rd means of identification. Students who qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program follow the same procedure so there is no overt identification. Lunches are served on a cash or prepaid basis and parent/guardians may prepay for any number of lunches in advance either cash or check dropped of in the front office or sent with the student or through our convenient online payment service. In the event of forgotten lunch money, students may charge a lunch to their account but payment to bring the account current is expected directly.

A notice will be sent home with the student when there are 2 lunches left, 1 lunch left or they are out of money or overdrawn on their account. An automatic dialing system will also call home when a student’s lunch account is overdrawn. If you have any questions regarding our department, please call 624-1112. Thank you.

Student Accounts and Payment Methods (Middle and High School):

When enrolled in the district all students are given a lunch account which is accessed by the student entering their permanent ID number in a pin pad and then identifying themselves by name. Student ID pictures in the Nutrition Services software computer are a 3rd means of identification. Students who qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program follow the same procedure so there is no overt identification. Students may pay cash for their items or prepay any number of lunches or a la carte sales they wish at the point of sale, or prepayments may also be made at the front office daily before 10 a.m. for processing that school day.

No charging of meals or a la carte items is allowed at the secondary level. Parents may place a limit on the amount of a la carte sales a student may purchase. Please contact the Food Service main office @ 624-1112 if you wish to do so. Thank you.

 

REFUND POLICY - Parents may request a refund of funds on their student's account by calling Cindy Stonehill at 916-624-1112 ext 1 between 9 a.m and 4 p.m. daily.

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.

If you choose to bring money to school personally or send it with your student, please put it in an envelope clearly marked with the student's first and last name, their ID #, their teacher's name, and the amount enclosed.
