Meal Applications

2020-2021 UPDATE!

Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who believe they may qualify. If your family chooses to apply please complete a "Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application Form." For your convenience, we highly recommend using the online meal application (link on upper left side of screen). It is secure and is the faster route to processing applications. If you opt to fill out a paper application, the forms can be downloaded (left side of screen) or obtained from a school office anytime during the school year. Completed applications must be returned to your school site or the Food Services Office (address can be found on the application). You will be notified by email or mail of your child's status. Until notification is received, you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money.

Only complete one application per family. The information you give will be used to determine or prove your child's eligibility for free or reduced-priced meals. This information may also be used for other state or federally funded school benefits.

Factors considered in the application process are household size and total household income. HOUSEHOLD SIZE is considered all persons, related or unrelated: Including parents, children, grandparents who live in your home and share living expenses. Please include all adults in the household whether employed or unemployed, for adults that are unemployed indicate $0 in the income section. Please include ALL children regardless of whether they attend school. The TOTAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME is the income each household member received last month before taxes - this includes wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.

Foster Children - Foster children are eligible for free and reduced-price meals regardless of your income, if the child is a ward of the state and placed by a court of law. Please indicate foster children when completing the application.
