Free and Reduced Price Meals are available to families who believe they may qualify. The easiest and fastest way to apply is online. Click on: www.paypams.com/onlineapp. You may also apply by downloading and completing a "Free and Reduced Meal Price Application Form." The forms can be obtained and returned (completed) to any school office. You will be notified by mail of your child's status. Until notification you must provide your child with a lunch or lunch money.
FNS PROVIDES TRANSLATED VERSIONS OF ITS PROTOTYPE SCHOOL MEAL APPLICATION MATERIALS. THESE TRANSLATED APPLICATION PACKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN 49 LANGUAGES AND INCUDE ALL DOCUMENTS AND RESOURCES THAT ARE PART OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION. THESE MATERIALS MAY BE VIEWED AND DOWNLOADED AT:
